I am an award winning pastry chef based in Dalrymple, East Ayrshire. I have had over 10 years experience in a luxury resort where I learned and honed my passion for sugar artistry. I pride myself on quality, freshness, and attention to detail which are at the heart of everything I do.
In March 2020 I began creating bespoke cakes and treats full time in my studio. All cakes from wedding and celebration to cupcakes and French Patisserie are made fresh to order. I specialise in sugar flowers for cakes as well as French patisserie to finish your dessert table with a luxurious flair.
